Meet Our Team
We are a hands-on consulting and implementation firm staffed by seasoned practitioners with extensive operating experience at leading companies like GE, The Stanley Works, Honeywell, AT&T, and Genuity.
Most companies these days operate with lean staffing, and often don’t have someone on board with the expert skills and the time to help management evaluate growth and profit improvement opportunities, develop a differentiated market strategy or improvement plan, and get the team ready to implement.
Our people have the focus and skillsets needed to deliver results. We put the right combination of highly experienced people together for the requirements of each assignment.
